Reading assignment and practice problems (Analyzing Arguments)

In this part of the logic unit we will talk about the validity of arguments.
Read: In the Logic chapter, read pages 150-161
Do: Practice problems after the reading: 23, 25, and 27 (starting on page 171). These problems do not need to be turned in, but should be done for practice before doing the Online homework. You may also want to try the "Try it now" exercises within the reading for practice as there are not many of these problems in the exercise set.
