Exam 2 scheduling
College Algebra 201 and 202 - Summer 2026
Important: Exam 2 must be taken in person with proctoring at one of the three CLC testing centers.
Testing Window: Next week, Monday, July 14 through Thursday July 17th (There is also the option to take the exam on Monday July 21st as a backup). Do not wait until the last minute to schedule your appointment. There are no make ups especially due to poor planning/time management.
Material Covered: everything under Week 3, 4 and 5
Testing Center Hours:
- Grayslake: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (last exam start time: 6:30 PM)
- Lakeshore (Waukegan): Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM (last exam start time: 2:30 PM)
- South Lake (Vernon Hills): Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (last exam start time: 6PM)
Scheduling:
- You should be able to start scheduling your exam appointment following the guide below. The exam is called MTH 122, Section 201, Exam 1.

- Please email me if you need help with scheduling the exam.
- You must sign up for a time at least 12 hours in advance; you cannot just drop drop in. Spots fill up quickly so do asap in order to get the day/time that works best for you.
- Make sure to bring your approved graphing calculator and a valid photo ID to your scheduled exam time
Calculator Policy: You may use an approved graphing calculator only. Please refer to the syllabus for the complete list of approved models.
Exam Format: The exam consists of two parts. You will be given a paper portion and the proctor will enter the password for the online portion.
- Canvas online portion: Multiple choice and type-in answer questions. LockDown browser will be enabled.
- Handwritten portion: You must show all your work for full credit.
- Note: the pdf portion has some formulas you can use during the exam (online and paper) and scratch paper you can use for the online portion problems
